Polar Fresh Cold Chain Services Parkinson started operating in February 2009 as a third party logistics company for Confectionery, Chilled and Frozen goods for a leading supermarket chain. Since operation started in February 2009 Polar Fresh Parkinson has been labeled the best ‘Go Live’ the network has seen. One of the primary contributions to this success was the quality of training provided to our Team Members. This comprehensive program included an extensive five-day induction process followed by a 2 to 3 week program that gave all Team Members a detailed understanding of all the operational aspects to Polar Fresh’s business.
Polar Fresh partnered with Flexible Training Solutions and together we provided 25,000 hours of training to our team over six weeks. The relationship developed with the Flexible Training Solutions team during this time has cemented the partnership we have today.
