Frontline Management

Frontline Management covers the skills and knowledge required for supervisors and team leaders to effectively manage work units and teams. Trainees undertaking a course in Business (Frontline Management) will usually have a qualification and/or high level of experience in the type of work that their teams undertake, e.g. a warehouse supervisor studying Frontline Management may have a Certificate III or IV in Warehousing as well as several years experience working on the floor.
