About the Program
The Entitlement Full Qualification (EFQ) program ensures NSW residents have access to government-subsidised training for their first Certificate III qualification after leaving school. This funding supports individuals in gaining foundational skills needed for employment and career advancement.
Eligibility
To access Entitlement Full Qualification funding, you must:
- Be 15 years or over
- Live or work in NSW
- Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder, or New Zealand citizen
- Meet any specific course entry requirements
